hi i need your help

i have got the game Conquer patsh 5065 but it's not going well coz it's not in english or even arabic it's kind of chines.

how can i fix that ?

1.) You go into the Windows folder
2.) Make a new file called engtochin.ini
3.) Now delete the Windows folder

Problem fixed
