there are several possibilities to solve this:
a) learn the language
b) search a window, make sure you are atleast 3rd floor and jump
c) learn how pointers work
i suggest a) and c), however b) is a valid choice.

What Dr. Coxxy is trying to say is that you dont need the WinAPI to read something in your own process.
