no there are no +22 items, +12 is already hard. :P
. i think donators get egy set and egypt B weapon..
but u can also easy get an egypt set by urself, it takes maybe a day and u are full egy and got all tailismans from FGW. U can buy stones from NPC and pimp blues very easy. stones have a 80% succes chance

tnx herzchen,they selling +12 B gear,with advanced already used,so u cant make em +16 or more:),the srv its rly nice...balanced player-donator:) im in :D
