I think is for no "auto log out" from server when your ship is stopped!
If you haven't a bot on palladium, your pet collect but the ship is stopped, with this the ship moves every "for example" 3 minutes and you don't log out :)

the program can't start because BORLNDMM.DLL is missing from you computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Ok, what this does is it moves between 4 different distinations every X seconds. Yeah, it does the job for anti-AFK.
