Polish guys of chantrashop.com can't be trusted, ripped me of 24 euros. I'll explain the situation:

I was going to buy some in-game gold over there but after they received the payment they refused to give me it for about 3 times and now I ask the return the money and they refuse it...

How did you play? If it was via paypal, create a conflict straight away.

Lol, they have been good when I bought Cc from them (4x maybe).
Once I even managed to get double what I payed for. 12kcc instead of 6 :D

it would be easier to help you if you explain how you payed (via paypal,bank transfer,. . .)

I payed via bank... Oh and btw they are telling me I'm a retard, stupid and that I surf on handycap forums.

They don't even have a decent agreement =)

And you must be 18 or 21 old to buy internet services and they allow 17 years old lol.

shoud be better to buy cd keys on a safety site and before you send the money you look for the feedback of the site at google

ive had a similiar problem before. They told me that I have previously scammed their website by making payment, then calling bank and cancelling before it went through, Completely untrue but it took me a few days to convince them I have never scammed them. I was just calm collect and annoying. I sat there and chatted with their chat people for H O U R S. They kept saying they needed a mananger(bu!!$H!T) because after a while they just got sick of me and said here fine take your money leave us alone. Never once did I get angry with them though, frustrated yet, cussing out i hate u nubs gimme my f$$#@@$ money back, No. Anyway, stick to it, call them(if they got a number listed) spam their email account, and dont let their chat reps go 5 minutes without u saying you want your money back. Good luck bro

All I say is don't trust some sites, actually, you can check if they are trustable or not. If you see a little gold lock in the bottom right of the page - its safe. Else, well, either it's unsafe or unknown. Next time check that

I think they're going to keep the money anyways, anyone got a good idea? I could post this issue to the Codemasters Forum and they can deal with them (get them to law etc...) since they're doing illegal things.

you would get IPban and no money... they wont touch the case.. you need to gather up evidence they took the money .. try and cancel the funds ... thenonce you have all infomation ready... go to a lawyer or solicitor.. and ask for free(if you can) help on what aproach you go for.. you can make alot of money out of this
