Open Navicat Premium/Lite, navigate to TGAME_GSP >> TNPCCHART.
Select the entire collumn (wID), with right-click Sort by Descending, do the same for the column (bCountryID).
Press Control + F and then type the NPC ID.

Supply Merchant - Surita - wID = 26012
Acessory Merchant - Meitu - wID = 26011
Weapon Merchant - Netcha - wID = 26010
Armor Merchant - Dugassi - wID = 26009
