easiest fastest way to get chi/study points ?

First of all,is there a difference between chi and study points ?

Second,what's the fastest way I can get chi points (the one's I use with dragon,tiger chi...etc)

I heard about the noob method where you bring a noob and make him team leader and have him kill low lvl bosses but bosses are hard to find,it takes forever.So...any thoughts ?

1. Chi is for your Chi. Study points are for you sub-class skills.

2. There isn't a fast way; you get 500 free chi points everyday but other than you have 3 options - Either win them from lotto, buy them from people selling/ shopping mall or the free way is by doing the Quests which you can do by the NPC by Twin City bridge (You collect 7 tokens, 1 or more if your lucky per quest - gaining EXP and study points along the way. When you collect 7 you get 200 Chi points.)

3. VPs.. No dude, just no.
