[ALPHA] JWars Website homepage!

Hi all,

I am working hard on a Darkorbit clone, which will maybe be online otherwise, just an offline one, but it is pretty boring :P...
If you guys want to, you can request here to enter my development (still need some guys to help with the multiplayer part, it is quietly hard coding) I make my game in Game Maker!

I'm posting this because I would like to ask how you guys like my homepage till now :D

Nope, the forum is from my youtube account, but ofcourse, if I have my own forum, why would I use epvpers instead of my own forum? ^^
But for now, to make you guys know everything, I post it here :D

I know, but to me, and I guess some others too, when we hear the song, we just think back at those good times :D It was awesome!

Nah, I've meant a different thing. There are some *hackers* who create forums with the only hope that the new members will use the same login (and password) as in other places to register, so the *hackers* can steal their accounts.

I don't think you are one of them though :)

Well, maybe yea... Maybe I do not have to make a clone at all... Thanks to knuck (ty so much knuck :D) I got the old resources (I think they are from the time do made their graphicbupdate, some things are looking old, other thinks looks a bit newer... But, I also received the website files + the swf that binds every swf to eachother to make the game work... In next days, maybe weeks, I'll try to edit that swf file to make it connect to my xampp/what ever I'm about to use server... If that works, I need to find out to make the registration/login work and I should be able to make my first run... Anyway, this will take time + if I'm going to have much players, It will cost money for servers...

But let's start with my little test server, right? :P

Another sh*t getting paid ? Leave the servers alone nobody will pay you to play the oldest client... Anyways Goodluck and thanks to knuck again.

It won't be such a problem if you order a VPS and use it as your server. They aren't that expensive and most of them won't take you extra cash for the internet traffic. They also have awesome speed, so there won't be any lag :)

Anyway, I am sure somebody who has a VPS can help you host your server for free.
