cant be done. collection rate declines over time due to an update a while back against box botters that lowers the amount of uri you get per hour the longer you box concecutively. however, This uri per hour limit will reset after an unknown time limit back to max collection. best estimation on the reset time among the community is 24 hours. so if you want to get 3k uri per hour i recomend you hunt npc
