[HELP] Need PHP-er Who can install PayPal system

as the title speaks:

need a phper/coder who can implent the direct adding system from paypal.
For Example:

if some 1 buys 100k cps, and the paypal payment is done, they instantly receive 100k in their accounts.

ANy 1? and name your $$ price.
(for a php coder it aint that much work...)
