How to change the success rate of linking Lapis, Lapisia etc all the linking items

If you're playin OS you cannot change the success rate because
it is Serverside.
If you run your own private server you can
go to: PSM_Client/bin/data and edit ItemEnchant.ini

For changing BlackSmith rate you have to edit your ps_game.exe
and game.exe. There are some Tutorials, simple use the Searchfunction

and how you can do it if that not your own private server ? :/

didn't the #2 post explain enough ? if it's not your server then you cannot do a damn thing about it.
