Dlvl became impossible?

Im now trying to dlvl my char.
But he cant get below 0,0%
Did they fixed this? I dont know because i havent played in a "while"

Too bad you missed the event, you could get SP scrolls, so you wouldn't have to worry about SP at all.

These scrolls only last for a few days.
A good farming pt at ongs can farm you until 90+
