For Intros best combination is Cinema 4D(make your text/logo and the movement of the text/logo) render it and put it in Sony Vegas or After Effect's(make special effects and/or music if you want some)

For Video best is Sony Vegas(put the video and the sound/song together add some main effects) and then go to After Effects and kill it with hard core effects! :)
