It means that youre using wrong id or pw .

I am having registration problems!I try to register in botcave.net and i cant..It shows me <<please use the register button above message>>, i press it and then the same message comes up again!

I guess, you use your |Username| instead of |Botusername| .
Log in to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] , and go to "Profile" tag.
You'll find your |Botusername| there.
You should use your |Botusername| to login to sBot.

Btw, is it not a free bot? I found that my suscription finished and cannot use it now :/
