cast time glitch!

Is there any glitch or program to change cast&cooldown time limit? it sounds around 95% max.
In theory,that means only need 1-95%= 5% cast time to use skills, 1/10 sec per skill if the original cast time is 2 sec.
In fact i can't, i have more than 100 cast but only can do 3-4 skills per sec,some archers can do 10 skills per sec, and killed my hunter lvl120 18.6k hp in one sec or less, they only did 2k damage and i was using 100% pots

What i want to know is how to do 10 or more skills per sec,and how many skills can u guys do per sec.

PS: a archer lv96 killed a ranger of my friend lvl120 12k hp and 100% pots using in less than 1 second, we almost down before our hp pots work.
Maybe some guys using glitch or abnormal alefclient.exe.
Next time i will record them if possible

some months ago, ACE released an old alefclient.exe and the max cast is 98,

i think lots of methods to change the limit of cast&CD

Do the math.

2000 damage per skill

10 skills in 1 second = 20000 > 18600

Therefore u down in 1 second

Archer has 7 or 8 unblock able skills and debuffs so yeah u down in LESS than 1 second.....

everything is possible in this game. for instance, my lil' 39 hunter could tank x2 9x knights and zerk in cf without getting killed. soi guess the opposite is also possible...

can u understand what im talking about?

the problem is how to use 10 or more skills in 1 sec. we only can do 3 to 4 per sec coz of the cast&CD max limit

Macro

if you think 2secs to cast a skill, and you have 95% reduction, i think it works out at 1/10 of a sec, therefore you can cast 10 skills in one sec (with macro)

maths is not my strong point so if i'm wrong, sorry :)

Let's see :

A skill is avarege 2s cast - 95% => 2000ms /100 * 95 = 1900ms reduction time

2000 ms - 1900 ms = 100 ms = 1/10 second

Yep possible :) (and i think archer skills are less than 2s cast time)
