I heard that a hacker hesitate to show the element of armor ...
Could someone help me hesitate whether or not hesitate this hacker?

I believe that the translator you used didn't do a good job, as your post doesn't make much sense; I'd believe you are looking for a sort of "hack" that allows you to see what element are your opponents wearing? If so I don't believe there is any; yet I do believe this is possible by taking in consideration how Rangers/Sins do it

it is possible john^^ open the item.sdata in sh studio and just select for the tops with fire element a top with a red looking same u do for the other elements. After that just reimport the item.sdata into the client and u see the different tops ingame.

He means of the thread about Pre ele armor "hack" that was posted some time ago.
You can't do it on every server, just on ones that have pre-ele'd tops. What you do then is change their appearance, in other words using LPH's data file tool you need to import new looks for gear. Example instead of normal looks for Wind pre ele top for Wars, you make it look like Suitroom top, instead of Earth pre ele top you make it look like Legion top, etc etc. After that, you'll know which ele top people with pre ele tops are carrying.
How to do it all? -Search EPVP and you'll find it all, not too hard, just needs a bit of effort.
(can do same with pre ele weaps as well, unless they got ele glow in which case you pretty much already know what ele's they are lol)

I know about this, but my reply was based on the idea of an actual tool that could tell you -while PvPing- what ele is being used by opponents so that you can easily hit them with the right ele every time
