well, i don't are a big donator. btw money are money. no matter how much you have "donated" to him. i guess we had to work for this money or at least we could spend it for buy a VERY service.

now we have enough proof in our hands vs claudio or how you want to call he.

what we should do? it's easy.
we just need to be united .
well who,like me, think "Why we should GIFT our money to a person who doesn't care about us but only of our money?"
then if u agree with me . i have some nice good ideas for got our money back (or at least remove them from him)

as menoz write , paypal has blocked his account.

His 'service' was to provide you with more ZEN than other people get. Not exactly a service, but that's how it's viewed, as long as you got more ZEN per-day, a service was done.

That doesn't go for the 'donate for Arcane Realm' that's something different, if you did donate to that and AR didn't come as promised, then no service was provided for your money, so ya, fraud.

It sucks, the only thing you can do is just stop playing his servers, I never donated, I didn't think it was worth paying for ZEN when 90% of 'free' players just abused ZEN everyday, I only played there to be with old friends once the good servers died.

you wrong kray-Z a donation is for support the server's cost. the zen that you get from being a donator it's only a "gift" that derive for helping keep the server alive. I want my money are used to pay devolper (like menoz) or for upgrade server...NO FOR BUY APPLE PRODUCTS.

It's been made clear BEFORE the purchase, that for donation you get ZEN.

The Arcane Realm fund is a different story because:

1. It was not delivered
2. More money was gathered than announced.

Therefore yes, it's a fraud.

theres always a choice of donate or not to donate. no one forced u at gun point and say pay up or ill kill u.

you pay for zen then u paid for the the zen plain and simple, no where does the server say you are paying for the right to play, different treatment, advantages nor does it say where the money goes. you paid for zen or goldshines you got zen or goldshines. paypal has shut down many or the games not due to the owever of server but rather the fraud claim filed agaist them. they get tired of all the bullshit so they refuse to allow payments any longer. most of the server that they allow to accept payment from come from usa only for this reason since they can go after the person making a bull claim. payment wall has been instrumatal in assisting the servers in blocking some of it.
