Deleted account, possible to get it back ?

- So Kal says they cant restore deleted account , its high lvl char that my friend played for long time and i dont have information how it got deleted.
-My question is to anyone with the same experience , is it somehow possible to get deleted account back ? Thx

do you didnt play it for a long time ? inactive accs getting deleted

lol inactive accs dont got deleted they are swiched into resting mode once an account is deleted you have 6 months to get him back.
