did you doe some pk editing? because that could be ur problem, when you do the pk edit wrong (for example avatar pk editing) the client will crash at first loading screen , just undo the pk edit or do it right this time.

I had this problem when I started csro.Just use a normal client with loader and start sro many times .
If this doesnt work maybe ur using an edited pk.2 media.
