Help !

Does anyone know how to change my dynamic public IP to a static public IP.
Im not gonna contac my ISP and all that shit cause last time i tried they just stalled and couldn't help me.

This is not posible you have to change your ISP with a ISP who ofer static ip

What do you meen with "static IP"?
Shout the IP doesn´t change?

Why you want a static IP ??
If you want to host a Game Server or whatever u could use No-IP or anything else .
If you use a static IP adress and getting DoSed (Denial of Service Attack) u will have a big Problem cause you will be Offline for some Minutes or so ..
