DarkOrbit Remix and Online Issues

If I can be assured that I wont get sued I have a nice server I got from someone due to a new server they purchased And when My remix RT is completed I will go On line with it and even have a website I can design.

So would it be a huge Legal Issue?

if you change image of property of bigpoint it will not be problem, but if some image a property of BP so it will be some legal problem.

it's not online. if he put it online he must pay server and other chose, so he want to make some money. BP don't want that we make some money with their work

Yea I am Just gonna leave my remix off line and open source for the community. I maybe will start over and create everything my self and then set up my server.
