looking for good server

Hello everyone :)

I'm looking for a good server to play on for me this means
-no lagg
-high rate
-easy to level up
-noob friendly
-english
-easy to play(to get armor etc)
-resets
-active staff


plz post any suggestions :) and thx alot

There's no server like that right now so I rather not sugarcoat stuff and tell you to host your own? I'm not sure why it's easy to ask for stuff, but difficult to do them? All I can say is that Extremecabal.com is one of the most active server this month. They have the most legit staff members and got a decent server machine for hosting.a
