i really dont know what u used to mount MT2 (a server disk maybe) well u need to give really really a lot of ram and video grapic if u run a server on virtual box but i dont think this is the error... well... right first probability is that the linux kernels dont support metin2 system processes and the second probability is that u dont have mounted well the mt2 disk or usb drive (u need a iso to work any kind of os on vb) if u started a server and wana me to join (test only) tell me. i dont know how to resolve ur problem btw... sry.
edit> now im trying to open a server with ur same process... i will tell if i got something.
