i can't make an acc in planetside .. and could u tell me what's the size of this game ?? .. because when i downloaded it .. it says 12 mb .. :) tell me please

My folder is 10GB big. The Launcher has 12MB and the launcher downloads the game.
Do you see am error message, when you create your account?
