RF Online down!?!?

The site of the orginal rf online homepage says "The RF Online European and North American game service operated by Codemasters is now closed." Is this true or is their another official server where u can play this game? Someone said the the offical server is back up, If this is true may someone provide a link to the official server please.

Codemasters closed theyr servers.
The new official is provided by CCR itself.
