I really don't know... but i can tell you it has nothing to do with the game quality..

Edit:

Now i know that the ScreenModeRecord is to set the screen resolution.. the lower the number the lower the screen resolution.. and it scales from 0 to 4

800 * 800 -> Window = 0
800 * 800 -> Full Screen = 1

1024 * 768 -> Window = 2
1024 * 768 -> Full Screen = 3

idk why but 4 is never used.
