The best place is Battle square lvl 80, all mobs drop it there even white ones.

In frozen infinity drop rate is the highest as far as i remember. But u will spent there years farming with knight. Try ivory grave village, there is always good drop. You can drop sword eaters there as well and then refine to get glorious.

in battlesquare you have highest drop rank
and most mobs there dont have high hp as in latira or frozen infinity
btw as faster you kill as better your drop i would say
