and then open ur file 3DEffect.ini <<< in Co folder(Conquer 2.0\ini) by notepad or wordpad
after opened 3DEffect.ini, find (Ctrl+F) command same my effect name
LuckDiffuse , 2NDMetempsychosis.
copy my command and paste replace , then save
final log in ur Co, u will see new effect for sec reb virgo and lucky time added
note*** : my sec reb virgo will always turn, not loop same old virgo

It's not a skin, it's an Effect customization. He explains how to do this. You don't really download anything. This is only Lucky Time and 2nd Rb glow.

Simply go to your 3DEffect.ini file.
Open with Notepad/Wordpad
Ctrl+F to find "LuckDiffuse" OR "2NDMetempsychosis"
Replace the information in the file with what he provided above.

if you want to backup before hand, copy and paste the file itself.

why doesn't the luckytime work?

Er.... Seems like you'd need to at least download something for this to work. It didn't work by just following the steps you explained for me.

Only the vigor works, but the luckytime is just invisible.

by the looks i think he changed the mesh ID to a new one and might've changed the texture...so lets say i changed the mesh ID to glebesword3 and used its texture, every 3secs inferno would go off (just the effect)

is it possible keep the 2ND vigor tornado around the char and put off the round circle on the ground?, just tell me what i need to remove in the code or just send me an other code for get it like i want^^

2nd reborn vigor just looks like CruelShade skills colored in blue, still cool-looking tho
