TQ binary port error

hi guys, i made a server and went to get a promotion and then i jumped to portal i got an error. Now everytime i logged in, I get the same error. What`s the problem? can some1 explain how to solve the problem?

its a bug Im in the portal got dced, so i cant to connect all the time dc...

just edit the cord in ur database at cq_user
