[HELP]MsgServer can't open

hi all , why my msgserver can't open ??
it write this : MsgServer2.700.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
must click send error report or Don't Send

before this i use laptop window 7 it can open but after i use window xp it can't open .. can u help me ??

just msgserver only cant open , accserver and npc can open ..

make sure your config files are correct and did you press the "PROShell" in game server folder?

yes already press it .. all done but still cant open :confused::confused:

make sure firewall is off , ur mysql light is green

What version of msg server are you using? and try running as administrator

idk before this i use window 7 is ok to open it
after i change tp window xp its can't open
