Error MSVCR100.DLL

Hey, guys, the bypass selman is not workin, im looking for the solution in forum but i dont find it, can someone help me pls?

(I've changed the file, now opens as notepad, and idk how to make it open with *.dll)

Had the same problem, until I gave it up :c
But I know I had that Vicual C++ Redistributable installed
Any other idea what it could be? :/
