Can someone explain PSC?

How does trading with PSC work?

If someone wants to pay with PSC for my services, how do I get the money?
If he wants to give me the number from the PSC, what can I do with it? Can I somehow save it instead of spending it right away like it says in the original PSC video?

Sorry for nub questions, just never used it before, and there are no sale points in my city.

psc is for online trading. a year ago you could save them with a passwort.

now you have to pay anything on a gamingsite with it.

Oh, so it means, that either I buy something with it/cash it out, or I lose the money because the person might use them later? Since I can't save the cash with password.
