CrossFire NA - General Hack's

I got Microsoft C++ x64 and x86 bit for fallowing :
Microsoft 2010 x86
Micorsoft 2010 x64
Microsoft 2008 x86
Microsoft 2008 x64
Microsoft 2005 x64
Microsoft 2005 x86
Microsoft 2012 x64
Microsoft 2012 x86

As well as Net.Framework 4.0 and Direct X and Direct June as well as
msvcs100.dll in CF folder

When i open General Hacks Crossfire NA no menu Pop up why?
