Link of that release you gave only remove production bar, so can walk while opening box or pimping. But in this thread he asked if is possible to make no cooldown for talisman so at the same time you would enchant it, there will write if succed or not.

thats correct. i need the cooldown value of the bar itself (the amount of miliseconds it takes to fill up)

But if u will findout the value of this wont help u much. You must find the adress where to search for this value, otherwise you will get oo many results.

You have to do it with packets, wont work for CE.
