Well depends what champs/role you request, but it should be possible if the request isn't to freaky(like play soraka only or sth.).

placement matches are priced with 5€/game win/loss.

No one can guarantee you a 100% winrate.
Some games might be lost to unavoidable things.

I havent played a single ranked game. I want to be placed in the gold division. Wpuld be best if you could play top champs. Anyways, how much would it cost?

well, it will depends on your season 2 rating, whether the placementmatches are enough to get gold division.
