How to disable xigncode in global dekaron 2013

some one can give me xigncode bypass new version that GM dont know
because all the cheats that i download before is not working anymore for now
some one can give me link?
pls help me on my problem i need hack on global dekaron:D
and i need gm detector and gm mode that works command like this /gm callmonster 2699 like that:D pls help me

Is that so. You want to be a gm on an official server? Anything else sir? Perhaps [DEV] could interest you more?

Joking aside, check the release section and lower your expectations, thing logically, if anyone had a way to "become gm" why would they give it to some random guy here?

disabling xigncode wont give you any huge advantage. despite the fact you'll be able to use cheats, you most likely wont be able to attach a debugger (unless you use an unpacked exe that is), and CE isnt the best tool to reverse stuff.
apart from that, a client without xigncode loaded will not be able to stay online for more than 5 minutes without relogging or switching channels.
MOREOVER xigncode is just the top layer - you also need to get rid of codemon (which is a bit more tricky). if you modify a part of the memory -> crash
any modification will lead to a silent exit.
xigncode in its own self is a lame protection that has many holes that can be abused, so the best deal is to drop codemon and try to use various methods known from other games or from 2 - 3 years earlier in dekaron.
