patch continually freezes...any suggestions?

Hey guys, I looked around the forum but couldn't find anything similar to my predicament...a buddy of mine installed the game and when he goes to run patch it will download for a brief period...maybe 1 or 2 MB and then freezes...he has restarted the patch dozens of times and reinstalled the game..no go....any ideas?

delete paste of your game, install again and try make a patch again.
Or if any of your friends have this game 100% install, retire your hd, or if are laptop, go for your friend home and copy all paste webzen on your computer and enjoy!

have tried restarting computer, restarting the patch many times, restarting browser, reinstalling and downloading the game...nothing work

I hope ur friend downloaded the newest version of AL.
