Lalaker and 123klo hacks unknown function

lalaker and 123klo have this function integrated which is suposed to be Demon Tower Smith hack. When I click on it I get that strange message. Anyone knows what it means?

You can use it in the DT when you come to the Smith, then you can up every Item. But the Item must be on the first Slot in your Inventary.

thx for your reply but can you be more specific? You only need to be on the 7th floor?

You have to kill the boss on the 7th floor. Then you can up your stuff.

What you can do with this hack:
- Upgrade 1 item at the DT-blacksmith, no matter what item-type it is (armor, weapon, etc)

What you can't do with this hack:
- Upgrade more than 1 item
- Upgrade if you aren't in the DT
- Upgrade if you didn't kill the boss yet
