Problem with extract client

Hi elitepvpers.
I have problem with extract some client i have found lzo key and extract files...
But when i extract some client so extract be root.
So extract all files.
But some files(.py, .msa, .msm, .txt, ...) have 0 bites.
Please help me with this problem.
