is it really banned? did you bot? because i had other accounts that say this account/profile not exist look in sourcecode of page say in activity deleted asked support very friendly what was the problem they say inactivity but they can unlock it with the ID of it but i think they have the right to delete it within certain time of not playing and not be obligated to reopen it so it kinda depends on who help you in support :)

yes, i'm banned (permanently i think) :o i used ibot trial time ago and now i hate that bot :mad:
