use the 2.05lwalkerrig, find a diffrent program to open l2.bin w/ like steam or something then just simply change the name to l2.exe, im botting right now in gracia final

Did you just open Steam like the CS 1.6 Client?
If you are, did you go to:
My Games > Add Non-Stream Game > L2.bin
Then what do you do to change the extension so that it works?

I am quite new at this....
What is Steam? And what is that walker program your using? I used to use Walker 2.09b (cracked) for the previous server can you please help me out with this?

Just ignore steam.
As has been said in a half dozen threads now, go to lineage2/system folder, rename l2.bin as l2.exe and your old IG bots from before gracia final will still work. 2.09b should work fine this way, there are some issues with using items and you may have to tweak settings in various places, but it runs.
