Download, extract it and open it.

The proxy is:

Address: 127.0.0.1
Port: 20545

How to change the proxy:
Google Chrome
1. Click on Settings
2. Select Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. In the "Network", click Change proxy settings. This opens the Properties dialog box where you can set Internet network configuration.
5. Now click LAN Settings
6. Check the Use a proxy server for your LAN address 127.0.0.1 and then put in place Port 20545.
7. Click OK

Internet Explorer - 7/8

1. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options
2. Click the Connections tab.
3. Now click LAN Settings
4. Check the Use a proxy server for your LAN address 127.0.0.1 and then put in place Port 20545.
5. Click OK
