[Problem] Tq Binaries(monsters,acc serv,NPC serv)

Okay, I'm having problems with the binaries and I need some help fixing the problems.I have searched this entire co section to no avail, So please don't flame me.

Monster Problem:
okay I'm sure this is related to the npc server but i have no idea how to fix it.When I log in to my server everything works fine except none of the mobs spawn.Below is a screenshot of the msg server and the npc server.

Account Server Problem:
Okay the next problem is with the account server. It will automatically close and give me a sorry but this programs needs to end. I am using a cracked acc serv for 5065 binaries.

Ooooo hi, man long time........I remmember i was setted up my first co server with your guide xD.

About TQ Binarys...NPC server isnt fully loaded xD
And about AccServer use The accserver from this forum will work 100%

lol. Yea that was before all these fancy tq binaries and what not came out could I bother you by asking you to add my msn?

i guess you should be open MSG serv then wait while it's done then open NPC serv it's will work fine with you
but about Acc server you must type your IP that you typed it before in shell.ini
and i hope it will work fine with you.

When I open MsgServer and NpcServer
With and after L Eshetglu By Li Bdechlha message there??? When run one after the other, who work Vthtop first and second, what is not involved in this problem, please reply high .....

for fix Npc Server to Connect to MsgServer your Config.ini must be like this

and for fix AccServer [Don't Send Message]
you have to get the new AccServer the offical one its call Eacc
and i don't think you can get it so you have to watch your AccServer
