I must know what program i need to edit .efp files(skill animations from Particles.pk2)

Dude Thanks for the post BUT i know how to work perfect with Drew Bentn's tools :D
I need a program that can edit the .efp file not how to extract and iport them...
I need a program that can change the efp file animation so i can create my own animations..
eny idea???

hmm when tehya re working on new animations is there a download section ? :D so i can try some of them..?
