Error 0xAE

It happens to me alot on GCBR,
Does anybody have a fix for it?
Hope some1 can help me.

first on grand chase click properties>>> Compatability Tab>>>> you will see a compatability mode....check the small white box beside it the>>>>> click the arrow down beside the box then select "Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack)....Then Apply

Then, go to Control Panel >>> Network Connection>>> Local Area Connection >>>Right click into Properties>>> select Internet Protocol >>> click Properties >>>
Preferred DNS server : 208 67 222 222
Alternate DNS server : 208 67 220 220

Im win7 and i've done the steps for windows 7 and it still doesn't work.
