Some Are Getting Error Called File Is Changed While They Are Trying To Open CrossFire
I Was Getting That Error On SndDrv.dll
So I Took It From My Friend And Put It In CrossFire Folder
And Opened CrossFire But I Got The Error Again...
But Some Thing Strange Happened :eek:
SndDrv.dll's Size Changed After I Got The Error Which Means SomeThing Changed In It...
So I understood That This Error Comes Because The File Changes While You Are Opening CrossFire
So I Took SndDrv.dll From My Friend Again And Put It In CrossFire Folder
But Before Opening CrossFire I Clicked A Right Click On SndDrv.dll Then Properties And Selected Read Only
Read Only Means That The File Won't Change When You Open The Game
Then I Opened The Game And It Worked :D
For Example :
Let's Say That You Are Getting Error Called File Is Changed W[2007]L[0]Crossfire.exe
Or Any Other Errors Like This ... All What You Have To Do Is To Follow This Steps
1-Delete Your Current Crossfire.exe
2-Take Crossfire.exe From Your Friend
3-Put It In CrossFire Folder
4-Right Click On Crossfire.exe Then Properties And Select Read Only
5-Open CrossFire And Enjoy Playing
Notes:
1-The File Which Is In The Error Shouldn't Be Crossfire.exe Maybe Another File
2-When You Take The File From Your Friend , The Game Must Be Working With Him , Don't Take It From Someone Who Has The Same Error , And You Can Request It Or Download It From Any Site
3-Maybe When You Fix This Error With Whatever File , You Get The Same Error But With Another File , All What You Gonna Have To Do Is To Do What You Did Exactly With The First File
