In line with an item bug issue that we addressed on the recent emergency maintenance, we would like to inform you that we have temporarily suspended accounts which were involved or were affected by the said issue. The suspended accounts are being investigated, and users who have intentionally activated the bug will be permanently banned in compliance with our Game Policies and Regulations, while those users who acquired bugged items accidentally will be released after the investigation (with the bugged items removed from their characters).
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused some of you, but we hope you understand that this move is necessary to ensure game integrity.
