Renew Installtion

Did you start it as an admin? - Right Click with your Mouse on the exe
Did you close your AnitVir programm? - Then end the process
Does your Firewall may block S4 League? - Put S4 League in the "Allowed" Box

If none of these steps can help you, then please contact the S4 League Support and describe them your problem.

I did all those things I downloaded it 2 times I changed the windows but didnt work and I work now without firewall didnt me windows is XP not 7

can any one upload the file for me??
