Infiltration Quests

So i've got this two Infiltrations Quests from Morheim

how do i get to Elysea to complete them ?

I heard of certain rifts and that those quests are basically Force (Raid) quests

Anymore Information on this / howto ?

Or does one not simply walk into Mor.. Elysea ?

yes you have to find a rift, good luck with that since its not easy without knowing chinese to find one ^^

Oh yeah by the way..there's a limited number oof persons allowed to go in. Like 12 to 20..something in that range.
