you Must be above level 50 to use and press keypad 0 (or maybe1)
i bought it from zowex, had a little fun with it and after dropping a couple million CP XL in saigio i got banned. (with just about everyone :) )

Also im realseing it mainly to piss off everyone, and because im tired of you guys trying to sale it. it's good to make money off of in game...fake money. (all my accounts were max'd) but its not something i think is worth paying real money for.
